Return Policy
Our Return & Refund Policy is designed with our customers in mind, however due to the sanitary nature of our products, we have specific limitations in place for customer safety and satisfaction.
Return of Unopened Products
We only accept returns for products that are unopened and undamaged. These returns must be made within 30 days of the receipt. To initiate a return of an unopened product, email our support team at info@thesugarbrushstore.com. Please note that return Shipping must be paid for by the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit. This store credit does not expire and can be used for future purchases from The Sugar Brush Store.
Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is defective or damaged in transit, please email our support team at info@thesugarbrushstore.com to file a claim and receive a refund or replacement product.
